Thick slices of cinnamon dusted toast and chocolate sauce with a Greek yoghurt & treacle dip.

SMOKED SALMON

Norwegian salmon, Guacamole, jus of roast cherry tomato, microgreens served on whole wheat pancakes*.

THE FIX

Beetroot hummus, guacamole, pomegranate and kale with toasted boule bread*.
DOC Suggests adding : smoked salmon and/or a poached egg

AVOCADO TOAST

Smashed avocado with chilli flakes, cilantro and feta on whole wheat bread* with a side of roast beet salsa and/or diced tomatoes.

*Bread/Wheat can be substituted with a house-made hash
for any of the above dishes, apart from the French Toast.

Baked quinoa, pomegranate, zesty avocado, toasted walnuts and crispy kale.

ROASTED PUMPKIN

Oven roasted pumpkin, walnuts, dried figs, rocket, baked cherry tomatoes, mustard, microgreens and white truffle oil with a cauliflower puree.

THE SULTAN

A regal version of the Turkish with a hedonistic twist. The Turkish tomato concasse is stewed with either spicy lingus / pulled beef / shredded chicken and cooked along with the poached eggs.

Our take on a breakfast classic, the shakshuka, two eggs poached in a tomato concasse with baked Greek yoghurt, garlic, paprika oil and Turkish herbs. Served with a side of toasted garlic herb baguette.
